Biography

Dr Clive Low is an experienced general and Interventional Cardiologist located at Heart Specialists at the St George’s Hospital in Christchurch. Dr Low graduated from the University of Otago Medical School with a Distinction in Internal Medicine.

He completed advanced cardiology training in Christchurch, Dunedin, and London, and completed an Advanced Angioplasty Course at the renowned Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr Low has a special interest in coronary angiography, angioplasty and stenting, heart rhythm disturbances, hypertension, heart failure, and preventative cardiology. He has a strong focus on patient education and outcomes. In 2000, Dr Low and Dr Tim Hull formed Heart Specialists and have established a sound reputation in the Cardiology private sector in Christchurch.
